Self Care Starts Here

Hello friend,

I am so happy you stopped by.  Honestly, I wish I could connect with you in person and share all the 'ins and outs" of my life's journey thus far and, more importantly, know yours. 

​

I feel as though I've lived a million lives from touring the country and the world as a professional musical theater artist to spending a year traveling from Japan, and Nepal to Thailand and currently Colombia studying their traditional healing arts.  All the way back in the early 2000s, I was learning to heal before I realized I needed the healing most of all.

​

In 2014 I was struck by a truck on my bicycle.  Little did I know that it was the catalyst for my profound journey into self-healing. Of course, I had much help along the way.  Somatic Therapy introduced me to the fact that I had been suffering from complex Post Traumatic Stress Syndrom most of my life and that it had basically kept me hidden in discomfort and from the full expression of who I am.  Today, I experience freedom and the most important and precious thing in life...the moment.

Can you relate to feeling like you have been living small?  Confused?  Perhaps putting every single person, thing, or life drama in front of yourself? Feel out of alignment physically and emotionally? I know exactly how you may feel. I understand and am willing to stand in the fire with you until it clears.

 Of course, you are wondering what all this "Eyre" is about.  Well, it's simple.  Spirit, God...Universe whispered to me a while back and said, "just be air".  And the lessons that I have learned from studying that element have been one of the greatest teachings so far.  I am malleable, in tune with the flow of life, silent, and listening. Most of all, exercising being in the moment to experience all the goodness that is at hand.
